CrimeSoft is a records management system that is second to none offering full criminal reporting functions . Once you enter your report information into the database CrimeSoft generates clean, easy to read, professional looking criminal reports which one of our customers said "offers instant credibility to any department". In addition it also has numerous types of supplemental reports including video and photo supplements.

Additionally, CrimeSoft will assist in the tedious task of compiling all the information necessary for the Department of Justice's monthly Uniform Crime Report, and will generate the data needed to fill out the 'Return A' and 'Supplement to Return A'. What once took hours and sometimes days can now be done in seconds with a few strokes of the keyboard and a 'click' of a button. All the information you enter into your criminal report is automatically stored in a multi-file relational database. Other features include the tracking of stolen property and or recovered property and a property room filing system that assists in maintaining property and evidence storage including chain of custody. Also included is the new "Profiler" software that greatly assists in reporting car and pedestrian stop information.

Every order now includes at no additional cost the comprehensive full featured master name filing system that has set the standard for fast accurate intelligence gathering and information. Profiler is automatically linked with the data entry screens used to generate new reports and generates a new profile record every time a name is entered into the appropriate name fields. Having over 90 fields of data and multiple photo capability per record make this one of the most robust systems anyhere at any price. Profiler has many advanced features like one button record duplication and a single onscreen button for triggering user controlled photo lineups or interdepartmental mug shot profiles. In addition to automatic linking of data with the reports section Profiler also links with the 'Calls for Service' module for instant on touch data display of crucial information. A colored 'Weapons Alert' appears on the data entry screen of both the master name file and the criminal report data entry screens of those individuals know to possess weapons. The list goes on and on.....

Finally as an add-on to the CrimeSoft package, we are please to also include free the optional CrimeSoft CFS module. CrimeSoft CFS, a dispatching Calls for Service Module, will perform many, if not all, of the tedious tasks often encountered by todays communication officer. Automatic linking to the Master Name File and Criminal Reports files plus new Warrant and Citation files are only part of this exciting new module.
